    Approximately 35–40 minutes by car or taxi, depending on traffic.
  • How easy is it to reach Taksim, Nişantaşı, or Beşiktaş from the property?
    Very easy. Taksim and Nişantaşı are 5–10 minutes away by taxi or metro. Beşiktaş is about 15 minutes by car or public transit.
  • Which metro station is the closest, and how long does it take to get there?
    The nearest metro station is Osmanbey (M2 Line), located about 10–12 minutes away on foot.
  • Is there a gym in the building? Who can access it?
    Yes, guests have free access to the fully equipped gym located on the basement floor.
  • Is there an elevator, and is it easy to access the apartments?
    Yes, the building has high-speed elevators and is fully accessible for all guests. There is also a large elevator for moving in and out.
  • Is parking available? Do you offer valet service?
    We offer one reserved parking space per apartment and complimentary valet service.
  • Does the building have a swimming pool? Is it indoor or outdoor?
    Yes. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools available for all residents. Outdoor swimming pool is only available during summer.
  • What kind of security does the building have?
    24/7 on-site security, camera surveillance, and keycard access for all floors.
  • What apartment types are available?
    We offer 1+1, 1+2, and 1+3 units — ideal for solo travelers, couples, or families.
  • Are the apartments fully furnished? What’s included?
    Yes. Each apartment includes furniture, linens, towels, kitchenware, Smart TV, WiFi, and cleaning supplies for few days. Just bring your suitcase. All kitchens include a fridge, stove, kettle, basic cooking tools, plates, glasses, and mugs. Luxury units include a coffee machine. All units have a washer and dryer or a 2-in-1 combo machine.
  • Are there units with balconies or terraces?
    Only the 1+1 Plus apartments include private balconies. Other apartment types do not have private outdoor areas but all guests have access to the building’s shared garden.
  • Do the apartments have Smart TVs?
    Yes, all units include Smart TVs.
  • What is the minimum rental period?
    The minimum stay is one month.
  • Do you provide cleaning services? How often?
    Yes. One professional cleaning per month is complimentary. Extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
